Max Photography

I enjoy capturing images of animals and nature. I strive to expose the individual characteristics of each animal. My approach is non-intrusive.  I find the perfect moment to capture butterflies as they pose.  When taking pictures of flowers I find it interesting how the colors stand out to inspire people. 

 

I like to photograph my travels to other countries, national parks and gardens.  I have traveled to Costa Rica, Australia and New Zealand.  I want to see and have more photography adventures in the future.

    

My interest in photography began with a course called Digital Photography where I started using a point and shoot camera to begin with.  I continued taking classes at Edgewood College (in Madison, WI) and discovered I had a natural ability to see the world through a camera lens, and take great shots. 

 

I gained experience as a photography intern for the Edgewood College marketing department, On The Edge newspaper, and also for Madison Magazine.  I also gained experience and volunteered my services as an event photographer of the annual fundraiser for University Avenue Discovery Center.
